At Compact-ExcavatorDirect, we proudly offer free ground shipping to the lower 48 United States, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 7–14 days. All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via standard ground transportation at no additional cost, including standard delivery service without the use of a forklift. We ship within the United States only. All documentation and EPA certification fees are fully covered by us. After payment is completed, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, followed by an additional 5–10 business days for delivery depending on the destination. Machinery is delivered by truck, and all import taxes, documentation, and EPA certification charges are paid by us, so you do not need to worry about any import-related procedures. In some cases, an online tracking number may not be available; however, we fully honor all transactions and guarantee that you will receive your equipment or receive a full refund.

At Compact-ExcavatorDirect, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a clear and hassle-free process. Eligible returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date with valid proof of purchase. Non-returnable items include used or damaged equipment, custom or special-order products, spare parts, consumables, and hydraulic attachments. Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days after payment is received, and actual delivery time ranges from 7–14 days depending on location. In certain situations, shipments may be delivered to the nearest logistics warehouse if direct truck access to your location is not possible.

Customers are required to inspect their shipment immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before your order is dispatched, as address changes after shipment will be subject to additional charges. If a delivery time slot offered by the shipping company or driver is not selected and the shipment is returned, an additional 10% fee will apply for re-delivery.
