Return Policy – Compact-ExcavatorDirect

At Compact-ExcavatorDirect, we are committed to giving our customers confidence and peace of mind when purchasing heavy machinery online. All of our machines come with a one-year warranty, during which we provide free spare parts, helping keep your equipment running efficiently and minimizing downtime. When you choose Compact-ExcavatorDirect, you are not only purchasing equipment—you are partnering with a trusted supplier that supports you throughout the ownership journey.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Equipment may be returned to our California warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please note that return shipping and logistics costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Compact-ExcavatorDirect.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, undamaged, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including used or damaged equipment, custom or special-order products, spare parts, consumables, and hydraulic attachments. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
